After the Daylight Saving Time change on Sunday, March 8, Isha/Tarawih will be at 8:45 p.m. Download the timetable. We are sorry to announce the passing of Brother Mohammad Naim Meskienyar. He passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025, in Dublin, California.
His Janazah is tomorrow, Saturday, October 11, at 10:30 a.m. at the Masjid Abu Bakr Al Siddiq in Hayward. His burial follows at the Chapel of Chimes in Hayward. Brother Mohammad is the father of Quasim, Shohib, Nazi, and Nahid Meskienyar. He is the uncle of Arshad, Rashed, and Mariya Meskienyar. He served at Masjid Abu Bakr in Hayward as president of the board for 35 years. We ask Allah (SWT) to bless Brother Mohammad's soul with His forgiveness and mercy, accept his prayers and good deeds, and make him among the people of Paradise. May Allah (SWT) give his family and friends patience and increase their Iman (faith). Allahumma Ameen (O' Allah, hear this prayer). Eid ul Fitr '25 will be on Sunday, March 30. Eid Mubarak!

This is the 20th night of the last 10 nights of Ramadan. We will be doing a Khatem of Quran and Dalia’il Khyrat as a community. We will be dedicated the Khatems to the people of Gaza. This event starts at 11:30 p.m. after Taraweh. Sohoor breakfast style is provided. If anyone would like to donate to the Sohoor please Zelle to Br. Abdul Rashed Merkienyar at (510) 990-1632. As Seyid Abdul Quader Jilani said, “after looking at all the forms of worship I did not find one better than feeding people.”
Join us every Saturday for Dala’il Khayrat. Iftar will be provided. Taraweh will be held after Isha.
