The Afghan Refugee Community Center no longer provides in-house complete funeral services. Mission Funeral Home (FD#1710) is the Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Mosque's appointed funeral home for our members' funeral services. Mission Funeral Home provides a full range of funeral services, including burials in accordance with Islamic traditions and international body shipment.

Our funeral services offered via Mission Funeral Home include:
- Removing the deceased's body from the place of death and transporting it to Mission Funeral Home's facility
- Washing and shrouding of the body by qualified personnel (Taghseel)
- Providing a casket and the body shroud article (kafan) (Takfeen)
- Transporting casketed remains to the determined place of Janazah prayer.
- Transporting the body from the Janazah prayer to the cemetery
- Shipment of the deceased's body abroad
- Handling all necessary final paperwork
- Obtaining permits and a death certificate
