Welcoming Ramadan in Hayward

Ramadan is slated to begin on Friday, July 20, Insh’Allah.

During Ramadan, Isha prayers begin at 10 p.m. followed by Taraweeh (evening) prayers at 10:15 p.m.

Muslims in Hayward have much to offer area residents. The richness and variety of our community has great potential to “promote what is good and forbid what is evil.” To accomplish this goal, Muslims must carry out their obligation to accurately represent Islam in this country. One of the best ways to introduce Islam to area residents is by having your non-Muslim friends visit the mosque.

Encourage your friends to schedule a time to visit Masjid Abu Bakr Sideeq, learn about our congregation, and see the architectural designs throughout the building.
